Not good shower and the bed sheet was very small.

cleanliness n owner even breakfast is served after noon!!! plus the owner’s son sent me to the minibus station personally when there’s no Grabcar or motorcycle taxi available

The Owner was a very pleasant person

The bed was too hard

The owners were exceptionally helpful. They took us one evening to a night market by car. They even offered us fruits grown from their garden. Constant supply of drinking water.

Good for solo traveler backpacking type. Place is a bit run down and has typical Thai bathroom with no enclosed shower. I would stay again

First night I come I rushed to my room to take a dump. (I probably had some kfc that day) and when I’m done I realize there is no paper in the room. The only solution I could think of was ripping out pages from my favorite book to wipe with.

Cold water, hard bed

The method used to connect the wi-fi was a complicated procedure. All of the places I have stayed the connection process was simple.

Easy to access by car with a lot of space for parking, good staff, clean room

The bed is clean. However, the bed structure might not strong enough and the wall for each room might be too thin. Sound of some activities might be spread from other rooms to our room or from our room to the others. :P

The owner and her son were incredibly responsive and hospitable. Lovely people! Location is very close by to the beach and night markets with fabulous local street food. This is a non-touristy area so I hope other traveller's do not expect too much for 990 baht a night.

That being said, cleanliness and amenities were basic, and could be improved. But for the price, it's hard to complain.

Nice clean room, very close to Bangsaen Beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi connection was good. We really enjoyed staying here.

Everything met our expectation so no problems.

Really comfortable beds. Having 2 bathrooms was very convenient for 3 of us in the large suite. Easy communication with the pleasant owners who offered coffee and fruits from a private event they were hosting.

Car parking was a mess. No proper parking for big cars. I had to park outside in the hot sun. Too many motorcycles parked in Car parking area. Wifi not easy to connect. All TV Channels are local channels...Not a single TV channel speaks English. Hot water system does not work.

The room was mostly clean but the curtains and balcony were a bit dirty. No English TV channels. Wifi connection wasn't great. The router nearest to my room wasn't working. I had to change rooms after check in, as the door would not close properly. The property is not that far from the beach, but it is located in a very quiet soi which makes it feel a bit isolated. Fire Exit door was wedged open all the time. Outside the door was a narrow platform with no barrier to stop you falling about 4-5 meters onto a concrete car park (see pics). Potentially very dangerous - especially for kids.
